Shruti is an educationist, curriculum designer, and founder with a deep commitment to early childhood learning. With experience across philanthropy, academic research, and teacher training, she has worked closely with schools, NGOs, and parents to advocate for a child-centric approach to education. Her work focuses on understanding children’s needs and creating meaningful learning experiences through innovative pedagogies.
Recognised by national and international organisations, she has received awards such as the Karamveer Chakra and Rex iCongo UN. She has contributed to curriculum development across various approaches, including Inquiry-based learning and Understanding by Design, and is a certified HighScope practitioner. As an author and speaker, she continues to guide educators and parents while advancing research in early childhood and youth psychology.
